30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and sealed in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email support@happyhauntingco.com with your order number to initiate a return. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
